Cookie notice

Last updated: 3 sierpnia 2026

This page explains what cookies highpp.pl uses, why we use them and how to change your decision at any time.

What cookies are

They are small text files that your browser stores on your device. They let a website recognise that you are coming back and remember your settings. Other technologies, such as scripts and pixels, work in a similar way and we treat them the same as cookies.

When we ask for consent

Cookies necessary for the site to work, including the one that remembers your consent choice, are always active. All the others, statistics and marketing, are switched on only after you give consent, in line with Article 176 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024. Before you click „Accept”, no statistics or marketing file is created on your device.

Consent is voluntary. Refusing it does not limit access to any content or your ability to send a request for quotation.

We collect statistics in Google Analytics 4, connected through Google Tag Manager. Data about your visit goes to Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, including outside the European Economic Area. The transfer is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission issued an adequacy decision on 10 July 2023.

Marketing, only with consent

They are used to run advertising campaigns and measure how they perform. They are created only if you consent to the marketing category.

We refer to the providers for storage periods on their side, because they manage them and may change them. You will find them in the cookie policies of Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Data from these tools is transferred outside the European Economic Area. Google, Meta Platforms, Inc. and LinkedIn Corporation appear on the list of organisations certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. TikTok is not certified and relies on standard contractual clauses.

Change your decision

You can change your consent or withdraw it completely at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent and does not affect the lawfulness of what happened before.

Browser settings

You can also block and delete cookies yourself in your browser settings, usually under „Privacy and security”. Deleting the files set by our website means we will ask for your consent again on your next visit.
