Privacy policy

Last updated: 3 sierpnia 2026

This policy explains who processes the personal data collected through highpp.pl, for what purpose and on what legal basis, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

Who processes your data

The controller of your personal data is HIGH PRESSURE PIPING spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, registered office at ul. Czereśniowa 15/1, 84-230 Rumia, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000946674, NIP 9581721615, REGON 520991790.

For all matters concerning your data write to biuro@highpp.pl or to the postal address above.

We have not appointed a data protection officer.

When we collect data and why

We collect data in the four situations described below. Apart from them the website asks for nothing: there are no user accounts, no registration, no comments, no newsletter and no shop.

1. Request for quotation from the form on the home page

Scope. The data you enter in the form, including the details of the contact person appointed by your company.

Purpose and legal basis. Answering your enquiry and taking steps before entering into a contract, that is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data of a contact person named by a company is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence, that is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Retention. For the duration of the correspondence and afterwards for the limitation period of possible claims.

2. Job application from the „Praca” page

Scope. First name, surname, phone number and answers to two questions about experience and place of work are required. You may optionally add your town, availability, salary expectations and a CV. The form does not ask about current or previous pay, age, marital status or a photograph.

Purpose and legal basis. Recruitment for the position of pipe fitter. Data listed in Article 221 § 1 of the Polish Labour Code is processed under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Any other data you provide voluntarily in the form or in your CV, including your image, is processed on the basis of your consent, that is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Retention. Until this recruitment ends and then for 3 months, in case of questions about how it was conducted. If you tick the consent for future recruitment, for 12 months from the date of your application. After that we delete the data. You may withdraw consent earlier by writing to biuro@highpp.pl.

3. Subcontracting enquiry

Scope. Company details and the details of the person appointed for contact. The company name and tax number are optional, because someone who is only starting a business may also apply. We do not collect data used to assess a job candidate: this is a commercial enquiry, not a job application.

Purpose and legal basis. Establishing business cooperation as part of steps taken before entering into a contract, that is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence, that is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Retention. For the duration of the talks about cooperation and, if no cooperation follows, for 12 months from the last contact.

4. Contact by e-mail or telephone

Scope. The data you provide in your message or during the call.

Purpose and legal basis. Replying and conducting correspondence under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and, if the conversation concerns an order, also Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Retention. For the duration of the correspondence and the limitation period of possible claims.

What happens to what you send through a form

None of the three forms on this website stores data in the website database. The content of your message is sent only to the company mailbox. An attached CV is not kept on the website server: the file is checked and attached to the message straight away, without being saved to disk.

Cookies and visit statistics

The website uses cookies and similar technologies, which means we store information on your device and read it. Cookies necessary for the site to work, including the one that remembers your consent choice, are always active. Statistics and marketing cookies are switched on only after you give consent, in line with Article 176 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024.

For statistics we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. For advertising we use Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time. The full list of cookies, their purpose and storage time is in the Cookie notice.

You can also block or delete cookies yourself in your browser settings. Refusing statistics and marketing does not limit access to any content or your ability to send an enquiry.

Who we share data with

  • Hosting and e-mail provider (dhosting.pl) to the extent needed to run the website and the mailbox that receives enquiries.
  • Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC for visit statistics, if you consent to them.
  • Google Ireland Limited, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company and TikTok Technology Limited for advertising and measuring its performance, if you consent to the marketing category.

We do not sell data and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing purposes.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Using Google Analytics means data about your visit may be transferred to the United States. Google LLC and its US subsidiaries declare adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission issued an adequacy decision on 10 July 2023. The transfer takes place on that basis, that is Article 45 GDPR.

If you do not consent to statistics, no data is transferred for that purpose.

Data is also transferred outside the European Economic Area as part of advertising, if you consent to it. Meta Platforms, Inc. and LinkedIn Corporation appear on the list of organisations certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, so the same European Commission decision applies. TikTok is not certified under that programme and relies on standard contractual clauses, that is Article 46(2)(c) GDPR.

Your rights

  • access to your data and a copy of it,
  • rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data,
  • erasure of data,
  • restriction of processing,
  • portability of data processed on the basis of consent or a contract,
  • objection to processing based on our legitimate interest,
  • withdrawal of consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

To exercise any of these rights write to biuro@highpp.pl.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Do you have to provide data

Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your enquiry or consider your application. In the recruitment form the required fields are first name, surname, phone number and answers to two questions. You may skip the remaining fields and it does not affect how your application is treated.

Automated decisions and profiling

We do not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

Changes to this policy

If we change the way we process data, we will change this document and update the date shown at the top of the page.
